Shipping Facts
All shipping is one way. If you elect to return the product, you will need to pay for the package and posting to do so. All postage is by Australia Post Parcel Post and does not include Express Postage or courier. If you wish to have the item couriered to you, this will be at an additional charge. Please contact us and we’ll get back to you with the costing.
Right of return
We will refund to you the cost of purchase, minus package, postage and handling within 30 days of purchase should you not be absolutely pleased with your Extenda Step purchase..
